M270-35A
Non-oriented cold-rolled electrical steel with low core loss for stators and rotors of energy-efficient motors.
- Thickness
- 0.35 mm
- Core loss P1.5/50
- ≤ 2.70 W/kg
- Standard
- EN 10106
- Steel type
- non-oriented (NGO), cold-rolled
Description
M270-35A is a non-oriented grade to EN 10106 with a maximum core loss of 2.70 W/kg at 1.5 T and 50 Hz. The 0.35 mm thickness reduces eddy currents, which is why this grade is chosen for high-efficiency motors.
Supplied in coils and strips. Width, coil weight and insulation coating are agreed to suit your die and process.
